Next: I will keep working on projects , learn and build and I will love to meet new people , if i got selected for Galway then it's is going to be my first international trip , (I hope everyone got selected and i've got a chance to learn something new from everyone .

Setup the foundations for my tool. It now lets the user search for any release using Deezer's API, and it will retrieve and display relevant metadata. Also setup the core layout of the project with tab managers and similar so new features and pages can be slotted in without too much work. Also quick note - hackatime might say I spent 15 minutes using opencode cli on this. I did not, I think it registered those minutes because my IDE was open on this project, whilst I had opencode in a different directory handling some issues with a self hosted service I'm running for myself!

Next: In the short term - get a basic settings page working so I can set the download directory, and then work on another core utility using yt-dlp to take track lists and resolve them and download. The end goal of this app is to make recording cassettes easier. It will automate finding, downloading, preparing (merging tracks into one file), and recording, by routing the audio through the 3MM jack on my laptop, and routing all other desktop audio through bluetooth headphones. Some additional features beyond those include a register of cassette tapes to make it easy for me to track which cassette has which album on it, and a library to manage and delete releases that were downloaded using quick-tape. I also want to optimise the search - currently its very slow, and its not entirely the API so yeah, I'll look into that post v1.0.0 :] !

Well... I literally finished Insecto 3 minutes after hitting the 5-hour mark, not gonna lie lol. It's a C++ program about bugs (butterflies and beetles) that uses inheritance (OOP), basically I taught my code that a beetle is an insect but with extras, kinda like when you add extra cheese to a good pizza (uhmm, now I'm craving a little caesars). It has a menu, it has ASCII art, it has a dramatic slogan that says stuff like "six legs, a thousand colors" (I really tried with the marketing). and yeah, that's that. The beetle has an attribute that says if it can fly and honestly some of them can't, so yeah, they've been lying this whole time. That's all, thanks for reading :3
